-
Cool and Solidify:
- Pour the mixture into a clean, dry container.
- Allow it to cool at room temperature or place it in the refrigerator to speed up the solidification process.
-
Usage:
- Once solidified, the mixture will have a balm-like texture.
- Take a small amount and rub it between your palms to warm it up before applying it to your skin.
- Use it as a moisturiser for dry areas like elbows, knees, and hands, or as an all-over body butter.
Why these ingredients?
- Cacao Butter: Rich in antioxidants and fatty acids, it deeply nourishes and hydrates the skin.
- Coconut Oil: Has antimicrobial properties and provides deep moisture.
- Sweet Almond Oil: Lightweight and easily absorbed, it helps to soothe and soften the skin.
- Essential Oils: Can provide additional benefits depending on the type chosen (e.g., lavender for calming, tea tree for antibacterial properties).
Enjoy your homemade, luxurious cacao butter skin care treatment!
Storage:
- Keep the container tightly closed and store it in a cool, dry place. The balm should last for several months.
