To make 800g of nut butter, you will need the following ingredients:
- 200gAlmonds
- 150g Cashews
- 100g Walnuts
- 100g Sunflower Seeds
- 100g Pumpkin Seeds
- 50g Chia Seeds
- 50g Flaxseeds
- 1-2 tbsp (optional) Honey
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 170°C.
- Spread the almonds, cashews, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet and roast them for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden and fragrant. Keep a close eye on them as they can easily burn.
- Let the roasted nuts and seeds cool for a few minutes, then transfer them to a food processor.
- Add the chia seeds, flaxseeds, honey (if using), and a pinch of salt to the food processor.
