Transform a simple guacamole with a sprinkle of kelp powder. The seaweed will provide a wonderful boost of nutrients and brings wonderful depth of flavour.

Ingredients
- 3 fresh avocado ready to eat
- 1/2 tsp Kelp seasoning
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Juice of 1 Lime or 1/2 Lemon
- 1/4 cup of finely diced red onion
Directions
- Cut your avocado, remove stone and mash to desired consistency.

Add other ingredients and mix. Add more cayenne or kelp to taste
- Serve as a side, with wraps or with corn chips.
