Our organic coconut cream is made from grating the pulp of fresh organic coconuts then straining off the pulp to leave rich cream. The Cream is then canned in PBA free cans so it is safely stored until you need it.
Often used in Southeast Asian cuisine such as curry and soups coconut cream adds flavor and richness to a dish. Coconut cream can also be used in baking as an alternative to other milks. Coconut cream can also form the base of many desserts.
Stir me well: as I'm organic I don't have any artificial stuff to keep me as a cohesive liquid, natural separation may occur (as it should!). Cool temperatures may also make me look weird but this won't affect taste or quality just warm me up.
Once opened, refrigerate in airtight container and consume within 2 days.
