The Kilner® Wide Mouth Fermentation Jar provides the easy way to create smaller batches of your own delicious fermented foods packed with vitamins, minerals and probiotic cultures.
Perfect for creating live cultures of sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles and much more. Creating your own fermented foods is easy – just add your favourite vegetables, filtered water and salt.

The wide neck opening on the jar allows for easy filling and decanting of the finished creation. The unique silicone duck beak shaped valve incorporated in the lid release the gases that build up inside the jar during the fermentation process.
