A concentration of natural molasses syrup gives it a dark colour and liquorice flavour. Soft brown sugars unique flavour gives a rich deep flavour to both baking and cooking.

Uses

This popular sugar is used in many recipes, both savoury and sweet. Brown sugar adds depth to baking, caramels, toppings, sauces and is ideal on hot cereals (porridge). Also good for sweetening marinades and sauces as it gives a rich bbq flavour.
