In addition to having a lower fat content, they also contain approximately 75% unsaturated fats, primarily oleic acid, which promotes heart health. Copper, manganese, magnesium, tryptophan, and phosphorus are abundant in them.

Uses for Cashew Pieces

Delicious as a snack or added to muesli, raw food recipes, baked goods, salads, and savoury dishes. Cashews are softer than many other nuts, and they blend into a smooth paste, which is perfect for sauces and dairy-free nut butter, cheese and mylk.
