Cacao Nibs


Produced from the same raw material as cocoa powder and dark chocolate. Rich in antioxidants. It's made from organic cacao beans, which are fermented, sun-dried, roasted without chemicals at temperatures below 47°C, then crushed into small pieces. With no sugar or other additives, the result is pure chocolate goodness in its most natural form. Nutrient-rich, they contain iron, magnesium, and flavonoids. Chocolatey and crunchy, with a tinge of bitterness.


Use cacao nibs in smoothies, baking, homemade granola or blend in when making Mexican mole sauce.
