Baking Powder

About

Baking powder is a combination of cream of tartar, baking soda, and cornflour, which makes it flow more easily. Baking powder activates immediately upon adding moisture and continues to work after that.

Uses

Use me in baking to increase the volume and lighten the texture. I'm great in muffins and scones. 

Ingredients: Raising agents (500, 450, 541), mineral salt (170), cornflour, food acid (336).
