Baking Powder

Use me in baking to increase the volume and lighten the texture. I'm great in muffins and scones. Baking powder is a mixture of cream of tartar and baking soda, and cornflour which helps the baking powder to flow easily. Our baking powder provides a double raising action - it activates as soon as moisture is added and continues on in the early cooking.

Ingredients: Raising agents (500, 450, 541), mineral salt (170), cornflour, food acid (336).
