Uses for Walnuts

Golden brown Raw Walnuts have a soft, creamy texture and a sweet, fresh flavor and aroma. A delicious natural snack, they are a wonderful addition to sweet or savoury recipes. Toss in salads for crunch and flavor, or make muesli or home-made granola. Crunchy candied walnuts can be made by roasting walnuts in maple syrup.
