Transitional Walnuts, Halves

I'm great for baking or snacking.  Walnuts are a nutritional wonder full of antioxidants, Omega 3 fats and rich in nutrients. Not only can they be enjoyed as a snack on their own but they are also an excellent choice to enhance the profile of any product or menu. 

A handful of walnuts has significantly more antioxidants than a glass of apple juice or a glass of red wine. One ounce of walnuts provides 2 grams of protein and 8% of the recommended daily intake of fiber.
