About Cashews

Cashews are rich, creamy, and flavourful. They also offer many nutritional benefits! In addition to having a lower fat content, they also contain approximately 75% unsaturated fats, primarily oleic acid, which promotes heart health. Copper, manganese, magnesium, tryptophan, and phosphorus are abundant in them.

Uses for Raw Cashews

Delicious as a snack or added to muesli, raw food recipes, baked goods, salads, and savoury dishes. Cashews are softer than many other nuts, and they blend into a smooth paste, which is perfect for sauces and dairy-free nut butter, cheese and mylk. Soaked overnight they are great for blending into curries or making plant based desserts.
