Stuff them with fillings: Medjool dates can be stuffed with various fillings to create delicious and healthy snacks or appetizers. Some popular stuffing options include almond or peanut butter, cream cheese, goat cheese, or even a mixture of nuts and spices. Simply make a small incision in the date and remove the pit, then stuff it with your desired filling.
