Raw Broccoli Salad Recipe
Crisp, fresh, and bursting with flavour, this raw broccoli salad is a perfect blend of textures and tastes. It’s a simple dish that’s perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium heads of broccoli, chopped into small florets
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted
- 1/3 cup crispy fried onions
- 1 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Clevedon Cuisines Parsley Mayo (or your preferred mayonnaise)

Prepare the Broccoli:
Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli florets. Chop them into small, bite-sized pieces for easy eating. -
Mix the Vegetables and Toppings:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, red onion slices, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and crispy fried onions. -
Season the Salad:
