Loaded Focaccia
This Fabulous Focaccia recipe is so easy to whip up, making it perfect for those last minute picnics.
Ingredents
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method:
Step 1. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the bottom of an oven dish, we find our enamel baking trays perfect for the job!
Step 2. Mix 3 & 1/4 Cups High-Grade Flour, 2 & 1/2 teaspoons of Baker's Yeast, 2 & 1/2 teaspoons of White Sugar and 1 teaspoon of Iodised Table Salt.
Step 3. Add 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil into 400ml warm water and pour into dry mixture.
Step 4. Mix dough until well combined and then pour the dough into your baking tray. Cover with a towel and let it rise for about an hour.
Here comes the fun part.....
Step 5. Using your fingers, form holes all over your dough.
For the toppings we've used our Sun Dried Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives & some of our new Vegan Feta 'Cashetta' by Savour Cheese.
You could also try some rosemary and sea salt, Artichoke Hearts, Capers, or spice it up with some award winning Chilli Oil!
Step 6. Bake for 20 mins, then serve warm.
