Hemp Seed Aioli
This is the easiest aioli you will ever make – and it's full of good fats and high in protein. Perfect for every situation where you use mayo or aioli.
Ingredients
6 tablespoons hemp seeds1 clove of garlic (husk removed)
3 tablespoons of olive oil (you can swap with other oils)
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Zest from one lemon
Salt & pepper to season
2 tablespoons of water (more if you want a thinner mix, which is perfect for dressings)
Method
Combine all ingredients in a smoothie blender or food processor.
Blend for 30 seconds.
Add more water to make the mix thinner, or more hemp seeds to thicken.
