Hemp Seed Aioli

Hemp Seed Aioli


  • 6 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds

  • 1 Clove of Garlic (husk removed)

  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive oil (you can swap out of other oils)

  • 2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar 

  • Zest from one lemon

  • Season it with pepper and salt

  • 2 Tablespoons of water (more if you want a thinner mix, which is perfect for dressings)


Combine all ingredients in a smoothie blender or food processor.
Blend for 30 seconds. 

Add more water to make the mix thinner, or more hemp seeds to thicken.
