Busy Mums' Choc Chip Oat Biscuits

A quick & easy recipe from our bestie, Brenna – one of the busiest mums we know!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of spelt flour
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup rolled oats
1tsp baking powder
1/4 cup chopped chocolate 
1/3 cup maple syrup
125g softened butter
 

METHOD

Mix dry ingredients together, add wet and put in the fridge for at least 30 mins.

Roll small balls onto a baking tray, flatten slightly with a fork. Into a heated oven (175 degrees).

Bake for 18-20 minutes. Et voila!
