Our organic coconut milk is made from grating the pulp of fresh organic coconuts then straining off the pulp to leave rich creamy milk. the milk is then canned in PBA free cans so it is safely stored until you need it.
Often used in Southeast Asian cuisine such as curry and soups coconut milk adds flavour and richness to a dish. Coconut milk can also be used in baking as an alternative to other milks.
Shake me well: as I'm organic I don't have artificial stuff keeping me a unified liquid. Cool temperatures may also make me look weird but this won't affect taste or quality just warm me up.
Once opened, refrigerate in airtight container and consume within 2 days.
