Grown in California, these almonds are lovingly grown until they are ready for harvest. Nutritionally, almonds contain Fiber, Folic Acid, Magnesium, Riboflavin, Potassium, Calcium, and Vitamin E.
Sliced almonds (with skin on) are a great snack. Almonds can be eaten raw or lightly roasted. Ideal for use in breakfast granola or homemade muesli. These sliced almonds are also yummy sprinkled over salads or in desserts for their favour and texture.
