Opinel Traditional Folding Knife

The Opinel N°08 Stainless Steel is the quintessential model of Opinel knives, originating in 1890 when Joseph Opinel designed a straightforward yet durable tool for everyday use.

Whether you require a tool for sharpening pencils or tending to your garden, the N°08 has garnered admiration from explorers, artists, farmers, and chefs alike.

Anti-Corrosive Properties: The addition of chrome ensures the blade is resistant to corrosion.
