A great vegan alternative to mince. All you need to do is rehydrate the TVP and use it as a mince or meat alternative in recipes. Rehydrate the soy protein with equal parts water in a pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. From there add desired flavors and vegetables. Great for Tacos and burger patties.
