We recommend 1 or 2 x 50ml “doses” per day for supporting immunity and mobility, more if you are unwell . Dilute with warm water (in cooler climate), or cold water (in warmer months) about 1: 5 to make 3 litres . You can also “shot it”. It will keep unopened in the fridge for at least 6 months, once opened it will keep for weeks. (If kept in fridge you can ignore the Best Before date, which relates to TT sitting unopened on a shop shelf.
