Uses for Nutritional Yeast

Savoury Yeast Flakes have a strong cheesy flavour, which makes them useful as a cheese substitute. You can also use Yeast Flakes as a topping for popcorn, in mashed and fried potatoes or add to scrambled tofu or eggs.
