Spanish Capers

The Spanish Caper Alcaparras is a small green fruit harvested from Southern Spain and preserved in a salty pickling solution. Capers have a briny flavor and a sweet, fruity taste that goes well with cooked and fresh food. You can mince your spinach capers to make a simple tapenade to serve with crackers or with fish.
