About OMG Pancake Mix

Pancake and baking mix. A perfect blend for making incredible healthy, light fluffy, spongy pancakes. They are just as good with rice, almond or hazelnut milk (which makes them a great vegan option).

Simply mix in the milk of your choice until it makes a batter. Make your first pancake and add more milk to the batter make a thinner pancake or more pancake mix to make it thicker.

Buckwheat flour, Tapioca flour, Chia seeds, Sea salt, Baking powder (Maize cornflower, Raising agent 500, 450 (Aluminium free)), Kelp powder.
