About Red Lentils

Uses for Red Lentils

In order to cook red split lentils, rinse them thoroughly and then add a 1:4 ratio of lentils to boiling water, cover, and simmer until tender, about 20-25 minutes. When combined with your favourite herbs and spices, red split lentils make great additions to burger patties, salads, and traditional Indian dishes like dahl.
