Start the day right, have me with yogurt or milk. For a little sweetness try adding some fruit.

Ingredients

Organic Oats, Dates, Walnuts, Chia Seeds, Coconut Sugar, Cinnamon, Salt.
Store in clean, dry, cool conditions, out of direct sunlight, and away from strong odours or possible contaminants.

Instructions

For a creamy porridge mix 1/2 cup of Sticky Date mix with 1 cup of boiled water or steaming hot milk. Cover with a plate and allow the porridge to sit for 5 mins until the liquid is mostly absorbed. Eat as is or top with yogurt or fruit or nuts of your choice.
