About Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are the highest known source of Omega 3 fatty acids in plants. They are native to Mexico's Central Valley. Raw Certified Organic seeds are sustainably produced without synthetic fertilisers, pesticides, or herbicides, have nothing artificial added during processing, and are non-GMO. Chia seeds are also great for gut health.
