Spicy Mustard Cider Vinaigrette

Great over salads, roast veg, grains, or as a drizzle for sandwiches and wraps. Perfect for the Kilner Dressing Maker!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp chilli oil

  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp Dijon or wholegrain mustard

  • A pinch of salt

  • A good grind of black pepper

  • 1 tsp honey 

  • Optional extras:

    • A pinch of garlic powder

    • A pinch of smoked paprika

    • A small squeeze of lemon if you want a brighter finish

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a dressing maker or small jar.

  2. Shake until well combined and emulsified.

  3. Taste and adjust, adding more vinegar for sharpness or more olive oil for a softer finish.

  4. Keep in the fridge for up to a week.
