How to Bake:
1.Mix contents of jar in a mixing bowl.
2. Add 2 TBSP sunflower oil, 3 TBSP milk (oat works well) & 1 tsp vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Combine well & refrigerate for at least one hour.
3. Set the oven to 180°C. Once the dough has chilled, form tablespoon-sized balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork. Place the baking tray in the fridge until the oven is preheated.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Leave on the baking tray untouched for 10-15 mins and then transfer to a wire rack to cool. Store in an airtight container
