Dishy Enamelware is made by fusing glass onto heavy gauge steel, resulting in strong, durable cookware that will last for many years. Dishy enamelware has an enamel surface which is durable and scratch resistant. It is suitable for use on gas and electric hobs, and is oven safe to 270C. The enamelware is also dishwasher safe and has a five year warranty. If it chips the steel beneath will naturally oxidise, but the enamelware will remain safe to use. And we think it adds a little more character.
Coating the pan with a little oil before cooking will help with clean up.
